We all feel a little bit down sometimes. Especially with all that’s been going on lately. I’ve got to be honest, I’m not feeling the best myself either during this time. But Lucky for us, we’ve got music;).
When I feel down, I always listen to music. Sometimes to sad songs, to let it all out, But also to empowering songs. Music can have a major impact on how you feel. So that’s why I thought this would be the perfect time to make an empowering self-love playlist.
